Printhead Replacement
Our Thermal Printer Repair department offer a free estimate service on return to base repairs or a full on site service and a quick turn around on all thermal printer repairs.
Our Services Repair Team can also perform routine maintenance, thermal printhead replacement and servicing.
Our highly skilled thermal printer engineers can even perform board level repairs, making it possible to repair obsolete machines where parts are not available.
On-site Maintenance Contracts
Available Nationwide, Annual Maintenance Contracts are available in a range of response time to suit all budgets and requirements.
Annual On-site Maintenance Contracts include all Travel, Labour and Parts (excluding consumable items and malicious damage). The contract ensures an engineer is dispatched to arrive on site within the specified response time to attend to the faulty equipment.
Ad Hoc Thermal Printer Repairs
Available Nationwide in the UK an On-site service call to carry out maintenance / repair work ensuring minimum down time and to minimise workplace disruption. All work is carried out by fully trained thermal printer engineers.
Return to Base Printer Repairs
We offer a free estimate service on return to base repairs, alternatively we can offer a nationwide collection service (collection service is chargeable to cover delivery costs). This is often more cost effective for non-urgent repairs.
Thermal Printhead Replacement
Many thermal printing faults and poor quality thermal printing can be cured by replacing the thermal printhead. We offer a range of both OEM and compatible thermal printheads for all models of thermal printers. We can also offer a full thermal printhead fitting service either onsite or on a return to base basis, visit our Thermal Printheads Centre for more details.

Alternatively we offer a range of high quality compatible printheads for a large number of label printers, these offer a more cost-effective alternative.
Printhead Fitting Service
We can arrange for an engineer to visit and install your new printhead on-site, or a return to base fitting service for a cost effective result. We can also carry out a health check and any minor adjustments on your printer at the same time providing you with optimum print quality.

We are happy to provide advice to prolong the life of your printheads, such as correct setting and cleaning regimes.
