Direct Thermal Linerless Label Rolls

Direct Thermal Top Coat rolls of linerless label material are produced using premium A-Grade Direct Thermal Top Coat material suitable for Direct Thermal printing (NO ribbon required). Suitable for short life labelling such as shipping labels, address labels, weigh scale labels etc.

These are produced with a Permanent hot melt adhesive which has a good temperature range as outlined below. With a good initial tack these are suitable for use in a wide range of applications and environments. For advice on suitability please call and speak to a member of our sales team.

Material specification:

Woodfree paper with a temperature sensitive coating with high resistance to humidity, grease, oil, alcohol and so on, for direct thermal printing in black, with high sensitivity. Phenol free. Thermal top paper White. FSC certified.

Shelf life 1 year, under storage conditions as defined by FINAT section 2.5 (20-25°C, 40-50% RH). Prolonged storage at higher temperatures and/or humidity levels will shorten the shelf life of the product.
