Security labels are one of the cheapest and most commonly used ways of deterring and detecting whether an unauthorised person has interfered with a document/package/sealed item without the user knowing.

The three main types of security labels are:

• Residue: leaves the word “VOID” in adhesive-residue left on the surface it has been applied to, as well as visibly destroying the label itself
• Non-Residue: has the same effect as the above label, just without leaving a mark on the surface it’s been applied to. (for use with batch/serial labels that can’t be replicated once destroyed)
• Destructible: it is impossible to remove the label in one piece, it will continually fracture into tiny pieces. (used mostly in asset-labelling or for products with a warranty and return procedure)

Asset Labels

Using asset tags is one of the most popular ways to keep track of varying assets within companies, it allows you to keep logs on which assets are frequently in for repair or to have components replaced. This method gives you enough information over time to decide whether future repairs are economically viable for any piece of equipment that is tracked with an asset tag. There are of course many other uses for asset tags.

Polypropylene Asset Labels

These labels are made from a polypropylene substrate that’s easy to stick to a wide range of surfaces. We can over laminate them to make them extra-durable too.

3M Polyester Asset Labels

These labels are the ultimate resistance against abrasion and chemicals. They’re over laminated with polyester film for heavy-duty protection and they’ll survive for up to 5 years.

Anodised Aluminium Asset Labels & Tags

These rough-and-ready metal asset tags are made from high-quality anodised aluminium, so they’ll survive anything you – or Mother Nature – can throw at them. Thanks to our efficient etching process, you can still enjoy a range of printed colours, text and numbers on your metal asset tags.

Tamper Evident ‘VOID’ Polyester Asset Labels

Our clever void polyester labels let you know if your equipment’s been tampered with. These labels can’t be transferred once they’ve been stuck on – giving you complete peace of mind.

Destructible Vinyl Asset Labels & Stickers

Our destructible vinyl asset labels are made from tamper-proof white vinyl material – so once they’ve been stuck down they can’t be removed without splitting into smaller pieces that everyone will see.
