Metapace K1 cash drawer

The Metapace K1 is a proven cash drawer combining high functionality with a long service life and is available in three colour varieties to suit every application. It is suitable for almost all applications where cash is used and great importance is placed on security.

All models have a soft-opening mechanism that opens and closes the drawer extremely smoothly. Ball bearing steel rails ensure that the drawer still runs smoothly even after being opened hundreds of thousands of times. In a size of only 41 x 41 x 10 cm, the unit has with eight coin compartments that can be flexibly adjusted in size.

The standard K-1 cash drawer has two horizontal and four vertical banknote compartments (a large number of various conversion kits are available). The inserts for coins and notes can be individually removed. The lockable cover (optional) makes cashier changes simple, secure and takes just a matter of seconds.

The drawer features a scratch-resistant front surface and a lock. An emergency opening mechanism is located on the bottom of the drawer. Similar to other POS systems, the K-1 features a standard POS printer interface, like those used by almost all manufacturers for cash desk printers.
