The Colormetrics P1000 touch screen all-in-one point-of-sale monitor is ideal for a range of retail and hospitality applications. All entries and displays of the P1000 are made on the touch screen. The 1,024 x 768 pixel resolution and 15” screen size ensure that all the displayed contents are easily recognizable – thanks to 300 nits of brightness, even in unfavorable lighting conditions.
Touch technology comes in two options; a resistive surface that responds to the pressure of navigating fingers (even with gloves) or a stylus; or, a glass capacitive surface. Both variants provide users convenient, pinpoint operation.
The touch screen has an Intel Celeron J1900 Quad-Core 2 GHz processor, 2 GB of RAM (which is expandable up to 8 GB) and a 64 GB SSD hard disk. If this is not large enough for your requirements, then an optional HDD hard drive is available.
The P1000 has a number of interfaces, allowing you to connect to the POS system and any number of peripherals, including 2 serial/COM, 4 USB 2.0 and 1 USB 3.0 slots. There is also a Gigabit LAN port for fast Ethernet data transmission and a VGA connection for additional screens. A 24V connection for the cash drawer of your choice is of course also available.
