The Zebra ZQ510 rugged portable printer is a direct thermal printer optimized for high duty-cycle outdoor receipt applications. It can also print labels and tags.
The Zebra ZQ510 portable printer range is lightweight, yet engineered to handle the bumps, drops and collisions that are part of the job. The printers feature a patented military design that meets third-party-verified MIL-STD 810g military standards for shock, vibration and temperature exposure. The printers can withstand repeated drops to concrete from 6.6’ on multiple sides.
Extreme environments and bangs and bumps are no match for these lightweight, compact printers. Zebras ZQ510 (3 inch) and ZQ520 (4 inch) printers are the most rugged printers available. An IP54 rating means water spray is no match for the ZQ510. Easy to integrate, manage and maintain thanks to the Zebras Link-OS environment. With large buttons and a user-friendly interface, they are easy to operate, even when wearing gloves.
The print width is 2.8 inches / 72 mm and the maximum roll diameter is 2.0 inches / 51 mm. Runs the Link-OS printer operating system including PrintDNA and supports the CPCL, Lineprint, and ZPL/XML programming languages. All units include an LCD display, dual tear bar and USB On the Go support standard. Options include standalone Bluetooth or dual radio (Wifi and Bluetooth), extended capacity battery, Asian fonts, and a linerless platen.
