The Honeywell Solaris 7990g barcode scanner fits easily into existing enclosures used in high-volume retail checkout environments such as convenience, drug, specialty, liquor and grocery stores. With its compact, modern design and powerful imaging capabilities built on Honeywell’s extreme performance (XP) platform.
The Solaris XP features 20% faster scanning speed, up to 5 m/s motion tolerance, and a wider field of view than previous Solaris models. Honeywell’s field proven XP technology handles poorly printed and damaged barcodes with ease. The Solaris XP is backwards compatible with previous models, making upgrades fast and simple.
Comes with full housing as well as housing-free version for integrated applications. Auxiliary ports keep the Solaris XP connected for bottom of the basket scanning.
