The Metapace L-42DT desktop label printer prints direct thermal or thermal transfer labels, with a width between 20 and 110 mm at up to 178 mm per second. Printing comes at a standard 203 dpi, or an optional 300 dpi. With a relatively compact footprint, it is 20% smaller than most common 300 m thermal transfer printers, it is flexible enough to fit your work environment.
The L42DT easily integrates into existing hardware and software, and is compatible with most common printer languages including EPL, EPLII, ZPL, ZPLII, whilst the printer can be managed through any of the following computer operating systems: Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 2012 Server, Linux and Mac OS X.
Multi interface options with USB, RS232 and parallel come as standard, but for integration into an existing network, there is a version with an Ethernet port, as well as Wi-Fi for wireless connection.
Everything you need to begin printing is included in the box, including practical label configuration software and a Seagull Bartender driver. Versions are available with a peeler or cutter.
