The RRC-330-U-ACH label counter (Reel-to-Reel Counting System) is a self-contained table-top, using a pre-set counter. The RRC-330-U-ACH accepts roll with a maximum size of 330mm. Fitted with a “quick-change shaft” that allows the unwind shaft and take-up shaft to quickly change the core holder diameter. The core holders are available in 38, 40, 44, 50, 70, 76 and 100mm. The take-up shaft accepts cores from 25 to 101mm.
The RRC-330-U-ACH label counter uses a ultrasonic fork detector that allows to count any type of labels including transparent or dark labels.
